These Terms are an agreement between you and HD Tech Innovations LLC (“Clocked”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Clocked, you agree to them.
Who can use Clocked
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must verify a mobile number you control, keep your account details accurate, and keep your login secure. One person may not use Clocked to get around a removal or ban.
Clocked is a marketplace
Clocked lets members list horses, post “in search of” (ISO) requests, and contact each other. Clocked is not a party to any sale. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any horse, and we do not verify listings, pedigrees, health, soundness, performance records, or ownership. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own due diligence, including vet checks, x-rays, papers, transport, and payment for the horse.
Listing fees
A Basic listing costs $12 and a Premium listing costs $150. Each stays live for 30 days. You can renew a listing for another 30 days at the price shown when you renew.
Premium listings are limited to 10 at a time. When a Premium listing expires, its owner has 24 hours to renew it as Premium before the spot is offered to others.
Listing fees are non-refundable, except where Clocked automatically refunds a Premium payment because all Premium spots filled before your payment was confirmed.
Prices must be honest. Listings posted at a token price (for example $1 or $500) to appear in low-price searches will be removed without a refund. You may choose “Private Treaty” instead of showing a price.
Your content
You are responsible for everything you post, including listings, photos, videos, posts, comments, and messages. You must have the right to post it, and it must be accurate. You give Clocked a license to host, display, and share your content within the app and to promote your listings on Clocked. You keep ownership of your content.
Rules of conduct
Do not post false or misleading listings, horses you do not have the right to sell, or stolen content.
Do not harass, threaten, scam, or impersonate anyone.
Do not post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
Do not spam, scrape, or try to break or get around Clocked’s security, payments, or verification.
ISO posts are removed automatically after 30 days.
Removal and bans
We may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms or put other members at risk, with or without notice. Removed listing fees are not refunded. When an account is removed, its verified phone number may be blocked from future accounts.
Sponsors and links
Clocked may show sponsors and links to other websites and offers. Those are provided by third parties, who are responsible for them.
Disclaimers
Clocked is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not responsible for any horse, transaction, or dispute between members.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clocked’s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the listing fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and continuing to use Clocked means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
