Clocked (“Clocked”, “we”, “us”) is operated by HD Tech Innovations LLC, Tioga, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Clocked app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
Account details: your name, email address, and the mobile number you verify by text message.
Profile details: your photo, location, bio, and the people you follow.
Listings: horse details, photos, videos, registration papers, asking price, and location.
Feed posts, comments, and messages you send to other members.
Saved search alerts and your favorite listings.
Sponsor and support messages you send us, including feedback.
Information collected automatically
Activity on Clocked, such as when you were last active, listings you view, and searches you run. We use this to show “active” status, count listing views for sellers, and understand how Clocked is used.
A device token so we can send you push notifications, if you allow them.
Basic technical information from our service providers (for example, app version and device type) used to keep Clocked working and secure.
Payments
Listing fees are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; Clocked never sees or stores your full card number. We keep a record of each payment (amount, date, and the listing it paid for).
How we use information
To run your account and verify you are a real person.
To publish your listings, posts, and profile to other members.
To deliver messages and notifications, including match alerts for your saved searches.
To process listing fees and renewals.
To keep Clocked safe, including removing content or accounts that break our Terms and blocking phone numbers of removed accounts.
To improve Clocked and understand how it is used.
What other members can see
Your name, photo, location, bio, followers, listings, and posts are visible to other signed-in members. Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation. Listing view and favorite counts are visible only to the seller.
Service providers
Clocked is built on Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication, storage, notifications) and uses Stripe for payments. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete Account, which removes your profile, listings, chats, and notifications. Some records, such as payment records, may be kept where required by law. If an account is removed for breaking our Terms, we may keep its verified phone number to prevent it from being used again.
Children
Clocked is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use industry-standard protections provided by our service providers, but no system is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
